Request for Premium Processing Service Form I-907
Employers may use this form to request faster processing of certain employment-based petitions and applications.
Petitioner or its attorney or representative, must complete and sign Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing Service. If you are filing Form I-907 concurrently with Form I-129 or Form I-140, both forms must filed at the Service Center designated as the appropriate filing location. USCIS guarantees 15 calendar day processing to those petitioners or applicants who choose to use this service or USCIS will refund the Premium Processing Service fee.
